Chomsky and his beautiful mind

If we don’t believe in freedom of expression for people we despise, we don’t believe in it at all. — Noam Chomsky

Dear Google,

‘What rhymes with Chomsky’?

Google:

2 syllables: slomski • 3 syllables: gadomski, gostomski, radomski

Interesting and yet, oddly enough — All Polish surnames!

Then I stumble upon lyrics that use a Chomsky rhyme in a song by rapper/producer Busdriver from the city of angels…

But in the face of that neo-con Nazi I am no Noam Chomsky
I’m a nagging teen in baggy jeans who fixates on frills as bombs drop free

So, as I am a curious cat — I search and find the song. Who knew? A bit of Aesop Rock influence in his rhymes!

Tell me what you think.

Also don’t forget to feed that delicious brain of yours and check out what Noam Chomsky has to say about Trump and the decline of the American Superpower.

I just watched a Democracy Now interview with Chomsky and Harry Belafonte a few weeks ago. First time I’ve taken notes on something like that in years. Thanks for sharing Toby 😘
